Pokémon Horizons: The Series

Synopsis

In a world where magical creatures known as Pokémon coexist, a new adventure unfolds. Liko, a shy resident of the picturesque Paldea region, embarks on a journey to Kanto to study at Indigo Academy and pursue her dream of becoming a Pokémon trainer, someone who forms strong connections with Pokémon and prepares them for battles. Upon arrival, she acquires Nyahoja, an unpredictable Grass-type cat Pokémon, as her initial companion. Prior to leaving Paldea, Liko receives a shimmering pendant with a distinct design from her grandmother, intended as a talisman for protection. However, a secretive organization called The Explorers, who seem to know about the pendant’s significance, attempt to take it from Liko. She is saved by the Rising Volt Tacklers, a group of explorers led by Friede, a trainer who rides a Lizardon. Following several encounters with The Explorers, Liko joins Friede’s team and sets out on a grand expedition across various regions. Together, they seek to unravel the secrets of both the Pokémon universe and the concealed power within Liko's pendant.
