Summary

Zuruggu is a bipedal, lizard-like Pokémon characterized by oval eyes positioned on the sides of its head and teeth that appear perpetually exposed. It features a small red scale on its yellow head, while its body below the head is cream-colored with thin arms and a red, scaly belly. The Pokémon drapes loose, yellow skin around its legs, resembling trousers, with the sagging nature of this skin being a sign of greater respect. Some of this loose skin trails off to form or cover a tail. This rubbery pelt can be raised to the neck to mitigate damage from attacks. Zuruggu is quick to engage in battle, often headbutting anyone who meets its gaze using its thick, extremely hard skull. Known for taking pride in their sturdy skulls, they may suddenly headbutt random objects, though the heavy skull makes balancing difficult. They typically travel in small, lazy groups. It is said that Zuruggu evolves into Scrafty once its skin is fully stretched out.
