Synopsis

On Halloween, America throws a party for the other countries, with a costume contest as the main attraction. Everyone arrives in different outfits, but it quickly seems that a few have taken their costumes a bit too far. As the night goes on, the guests begin to notice that America still hasn't shown his own costume. What could be the reason for that?
