Synopsis
A Hunter is an individual who journeys across the globe to undertake perilous assignments, ranging from apprehending criminals to venturing into uncharted territories in search of lost treasures. Gon is a young boy whose father vanished years ago while working as a Hunter. Convinced that following in his father's footsteps will eventually lead to their reunion, Gon sets out on his own path. Upon reaching the age of 12, he departs from home to face the infamous Hunter exam, a challenge notorious for its low success rate and high mortality, in order to earn the title of an official Hunter. During the examination, he forms bonds with Kurapika, who is driven by revenge; Leorio, an aspiring doctor; and Killua, a rebellious former assassin. Their friendship persists through the numerous trials and threats they encounter while pursuing the dangerous profession of a Hunter. Based on the manga by Togashi Yoshihiro.
