Kite
Summary
Kite stands as the inaugural Hunter to appear in the narrative, serving as a disciple of Ging Freecss, the father of the protagonist Gon. His initial encounter with Gon occurs on Whale Island, where he rescues the boy from a foxbear and subsequently reveals the truth about his father. Prior to departing, Kite entrusts Gon with Ging’s Hunter License. The two cross paths once more after Gon exits Greed Island, finding Kite in the nation of Kakin. During this time, Kite is conducting a zoological survey to discover new species while leading a team of seven young aspiring Hunters: Banana Kavaro, Lin Koshi, Monta Yuras, Podungo Lapoy, Spinner Clow, and Stick Dinner.
