Nobunaga resembles a ronin warrior from Edo period Japan, wielding a long Japanese sword with exceptional finesse and skill. His true specialty lies in his unparalleled ability to execute enemies with his blade. Franklin has nicknamed him the "King of Carelessness." His best friend is Ubogin, and the pair bring out the best in each other during combat. Noticing similarities between Ubogin and Gon, Nobunaga expressed interest in having Gon join the Ryodan, but Gon adamantly refused. He is a member of the Genei Ryodan, a group that originated from Ryūseigai. Nobunaga’s En allows him to supplement his swordfighting skills by creating a circular boundary capable of detecting the slightest movements of his opponents. Once an opponent steps into this boundary, they can expect an immediate retaliation from Nobunaga.
