Summary
Feitan is a mysterious operative within the Genei Ryoudan, dressed in attire reminiscent of a bandit, complete with dark clothing and a skull-patterned scarf that obscures his mouth. He is a man of few words, often speaking in fragmented sentences with missing elements. While his first language is likely not Japanese, he demonstrates considerable proficiency in Chinese. Hailing from Ryūseigai, he was one of the original members of the Genei Ryoudan. Following his defeat of Zazan in Ryūseigai, he was granted temporary command of the group. Feitan is a dedicated assassin with exceptional skill. His speed is so immense that it allows him to leave afterimages of his body in his wake. He utilizes a concealed umbrella that houses both a sword and a needle-firing gun for stealthy attacks. His primary Nen ability, Pain Packer, enables him to materialize protective armor from his aura. This armor absorbs all damage he sustains during combat, converting it into intense heat known as Rising Sun. This energy is then emitted as a miniature sun that incinerates targets. Rising Sun possesses a vast attack radius, and Feitan remains unharmed by the flames while inside his protective armor.
