Synopsis

Continues the story of Hunter x Hunter: Original Video Animation

Once Gon and his companions were together again with Kurapika, he revealed the dangers tied to his powers. Convinced that his revenge target was gone for good, he thought he could finally devote himself to recovering his fallen friend's eyes—but that hope was cut short when word arrived that every member of the Spiders was still alive. Going over the situation with his friends, Gon, Kurapika, and their group made the decision to target the one Spider whose ability posed a direct threat to defeating and killing Kurapika. Based on the original manga by Togashi Yoshihiro.

In this installment

After the battle with the Spiders, Gon and Killua continue their search for Ging and decide to try buying the rare game "Greed Island" once again. However, Gon comes up with a better idea: to volunteer to finish the game for the billionaire who owns it. But some training is required first, as Gon and Killua's abilities are still developing, and "Greed Island" is no simple game for anyone to play. This infamous game can easily result in death.
