Summary
Binolt is a Blacklist Hunter who finds himself on the wanted list as well. He possesses the unique ability to extract all information from a target by chewing on cut hair, which he processes using his preferred pair of scissors. He targets Bisuke and, upon discovering her true form, demands a fight without using Nen. After being defeated by her, he is compelled to undergo training with Gon and Killua.
