Summary
Neon Nostrade is the daughter of the head of the Nostrade family, a prominent Mafia group. Despite her privileged status, she is portrayed as a hyperactive and spoiled young girl with a peculiar hobby of collecting body parts, regardless of their legality. To ensure her safety, she is constantly surrounded by numerous bodyguards assigned by her father. Neon wields a prophetic ability known as "Lovely Ghost Writer," which is a specialized form of nen. Although she is unaware of its true nature, her prophecies are always one hundred percent accurate and are delivered in the form of poetry. The process is automatic, requiring only a small amount of information from the client and a question posed by them to generate the prediction. Notably, Neon cannot foresee her own future. Her unique talent was instrumental in her father’s rise within the Mafia hierarchy, leading him to prioritize her ability over her well-being. This dynamic resulted in excessive protection, including the assignment of Kurapika as one of her personal bodyguards.
