Summary
Basho serves as one of the new bodyguards for Neon Nostrade, having been recruited alongside Kurapika. Initially, he was prone to underestimating Kurapika, but his attitude shifted to one of respect after witnessing the latter's 'Dowsing Chain' ability. His Nen technique, known as "Great Haiku: The Wandering Haiku Poet," allows him to write a haiku that describes a specific condition on a piece of paper, causing that condition to become reality.
