Summary
Riehlvelt is one of the three combatants who challenge Gon and Killua on the 200th floor of Heavens Arena. He ascended to this level without utilizing Nen, but his status was abruptly altered after he was struck by a malicious aura attack that left him paralyzed from the waist down. In battle, he wields two whips known as the Twin Snake, which are equipped with an electrical discharge mechanism capable of delivering approximately 1,000,000 volts.
