Synopsis

Kaoru, Shiho, and Aoi rank among the most formidable Espers ever recorded. Kaoru is a passionate psychokinetic who can move objects with her mind. Shiho, with her sarcastic and gloomy personality, possesses psychometry—the ability to read thoughts and learn the history of inanimate items. Aoi, the most composed and logical of the trio, can instantly teleport herself and others. How should these emerging psychic threats be managed? The answer lies in B.A.B.E.L., the Base of Backing ESP Laboratory, which aims to recruit "The Children" and other similar individuals to address the growing wave of psychic evolution.
