Synopsis

Kyousuke Hyoubu, once betrayed and now counted among the most powerful ESPers, is a fugitive pursued by the authorities. While he projects a hardened exterior, Kyousuke is actually compassionate at heart. His primary goal is to free ESPers from human oppression, using force when needed. Through these actions, he has rescued many ESPers and earned the allegiance of those he aided. The organization he commands is called P.A.N.D.R.A.
