Summary
Saisen, a former professor at Touto University, directed Sakaki’s three-month internship, which concluded when Sakaki chose to transfer nearly the entire medical program to Comerica. Saisen harbors a deep contempt for Sakaki, a sentiment intensified by Sakaki’s psychometry and his general hatred of all espers. A violent confrontation at sea was only avoided thanks to Kaoru suffering from seasickness and rupturing his spleen.
