Summary
Like Aoi, the young teleporter Mio possesses the ability to displace herself from one location to another. Beyond simple teleportation, she can also generate portals that displace distance, allowing her to bypass physical obstacles entirely. In non-combat situations, Mio displays comically slow reactions to obvious physical phenomena, such as the effects of removing air from a sealed room. She initially refuses to accept Kaoru as a ruler capable of replacing her beloved Hyoubu, viewing her instead as a rival. After Mio and several other P.A.N.D.R.A. members transferred into The Children's class, she eventually forms a warm friendship with Kaoru, though she conceals these feelings behind a tsundere facade.
