Summary
Bullet is primarily recognized for his capacity to telekinetically control fired bullets, directing them at foes with such precision that he can even guide them through a target’s body after penetration, a feat that stunned Hyoubu. When controlled by Black Phantom, Bullet accelerated projectiles to speeds so extreme that they bypassed telekinetic force-fields, which failed to deflect them despite significant deceleration. His liberation from BLACK PHANTOM took place during a long-range assassination attempt. P.A.N.D.R.A. thwarted the plot by swapping in stand-ins for the political officials, allowing Hyoubu to free Bullet and recruit him as a P.A.N.D.R.A. soldier. Although Bullet managed to reach a stalemate, Kaoru and her teammates ultimately resolved the conflict using the Triple Boost function. Following a two-year time skip, Bullet and Tim Toy joined B.A.B.E.L. as a new pair, though they still contend with amnesia and a reduction in power. They view "The Children" as their rescuers, even if their memories of the event are hazy. Bullet utilizes the optical camouflage stealth suit originally developed by Minamoto and assists The Children when not deployed on missions. In a comical twist, Bullet is an otaku devoted to the fictional anime character "Chil Chil." He shows little interest in the "3D world," believing that the beauty of "The Children" far exceeds that of the "two dimensional world."
