Meanwhile, the Yamato's former crew members, now leading separate lives, each receive a psychic summons from the enigmatic Goddess Teresa. She calls them to reassemble aboard the Yamato and journey to the distant planet Terezart, where a potent new force capable of countering the approaching menace of the ruthless Gatlantis Empire awaits. The Gatlantis Empire advances toward Earth with far from benevolent intentions.
