Summary

Heikurou Toudou is a 59-year-old administrator who serves as the leader of the Earth Defense Force in the original Space Battleship Yamato series and its 2199 adaptation. Within the 2199 timeline, he holds the positions of Far East District Chief Administrator for the Earth Federation, as well as General Manager of the Yamato Plan Division. A native of Kochi Prefecture, Toudou acts as the top administrator for the Far East District and serves as the chief executive for both the UN Headquarters Space Planning Office and the Yamato Plan. Although he is not a military officer, he shares a long-standing friendship and bond of trust with Okita.
