Synopsis

In the arid kingdom of Clow, Princess Sakura and her archaeologist companion Syaoran share quiet moments together, though the king looks unfavorably on their growing closeness. Their peaceful existence is abruptly disrupted when Sakura appears before Syaoran with wings sprouting from her back. The wings break apart into feathers as she collapses, prompting Syaoran to act. To save Sakura, Syaoran learns he must gather her scattered feathers, which have dispersed across many different dimensions. With assistance from Yuuko Ichihara, the Dimensional Witch, and Mokona Modoki, a creature capable of traveling between worlds, Syaoran sets out on this daunting quest. They are soon joined by Fai D. Flourite, a cheerful mage fleeing persecution in his homeland, and Kurogane, a warrior sent to sharpen his combat skills and character. Together, this unconventional group ventures forth to recover Sakura's feathers, confronting what appears to be an impossible challenge.
