Summary
Sumomo is a mobile persocom, representing the persocom equivalent of a laptop computer. Standing at just 16 cm in height, she is programmed to be cute and displays a highly hyperactive personality, often engaging in energetic routines such as her morning 'wakey wakey exercises'. Early in the series, Shinbo utilizes Sumomo to attempt to analyze Chi, a process that nearly destroys her unit. The damage is severe enough to require a new main memory, and in the manga adaptation, she also needs a replacement video card. After Kotoko joins Hideki, she quickly determines that Sumomo is insane due to her nonsensical behavior. Once she is received by Hideki, her password is set to Chobits (case sensitive) and ちょびっツ (case sensitive because of the katakana at the end).
