Summary

Referred to as a "boy," Syaoran is a strong and kind individual who maintains a cheerful and knightly demeanor, though he bears deep emotional scars from his past. Adopted by the archaeologist Fujitaka, he inadvertently entered the country of Clow, where he encountered Sakura, the king's daughter. He now travels alongside Fai, Kurogane, and Sakura with the goal of recovering Sakura’s lost memories, which are stored in the form of feathers. This mission requires a significant sacrifice: to restore her memories, he must sever his bond with her, meaning that even if she recovers everything, she will not remember him. One of his eyes is blind, a condition seemingly linked to the mysterious events surrounding his history. In the Horitsuba Gakuen storyline, he is revealed to be the twin brother of Syaoron, who also harbors feelings for Sakura.
