Summary
Chii is a Persocom who was discovered by Hideki Motosuwa in a garbage dump. Born on April 13 and standing 152 cm tall, she initially could only utter her name, which led to her being called Chii. As Hideki taught her various skills, she eventually gained the ability to communicate with others.
