Synopsis
Continues the story of Kyou kara Maou!
In "Kyou kara Maou!", the story follows Yuri Shibuya, an ordinary Japanese high school student. When he steps in to defend a classmate from bullies, he becomes their target and is shoved headfirst into a toilet. Instead of water, he finds a vortex that transports him to a world resembling medieval Europe. There, he learns that his distinctive black hair and eyes identify him as part of the demon royal lineage, making him the chosen successor to the Demon King. Many demons initially doubt Yuri's ability to lead because of his background, but after he demonstrates his magical power in a duel, they start to accept him as their ruler. Yuri now must grasp the responsibilities of being a Demon King and work toward achieving peace between demons and humans in this unfamiliar world.
In this installment
Following a calm stretch after the events of the main series, King Yuuri Shibuya travels to check on the state of his kingdom. Along the way, he meets Sararegi, the ruler of Small Shimeron. Despite Sararegi's friendly demeanor, there appears to be a concealed motive. When Yuuri goes back to Shimaron to unwind and catch up with old companions, the self-proclaimed "king" of Little Shimaron appears and insists that the Maou follow him to his land. Afterwards, the actual king of Shimaron alerts Yuuri's sibling and friend, warning them about the possible danger facing Yuuri.
