Synopsis

After fleeing Black Ghost, the cyborgs—formerly enemies of the sinister organization—have taken up peaceful lives across the globe. But when a strange dinosaur-like beast begins attacking with powerful sonic waves, Dr. Isaac Gilmore suspects Black Ghost may be behind it and assembles the cyborgs once more. Led by the charismatic Joe Shimamura (Cyborg 009), the team is joined by Helena, an orphaned girl whose past is tied to the monster's destruction. Using the Dolphin, a submarine aircraft outfitted with ultrasound countermeasures, the cyborgs set out to find both the creature and Black Ghost's hidden base.
