Summary

Originally a ballet dancer from France, Françoise finds her life upended when her brother Jean-Paul, a member of the French Air Force, returns to Paris on a brief leave. She is scheduled to meet him at the train station but is instead kidnapped by Black Ghost, despite her brother’s repeated efforts to rescue her. In the 2001 series, the organization lures her with the promise of a professional dancing career to facilitate the abduction. As the sole female member of the team, designated as 003, she rarely engages in combat, though she is capable of fighting when necessary. In the 2001 adaptation, she demonstrates significant agency by hijacking a plane and neutralizing a biological weapon single-handedly. Typically, she is observed directing battle operations under the guidance of Gilmore or tending to the needs of 001.
