Synopsis

Continues the story of Cyborg 009

The narrative follows nine experimental cyborgs—eight male and one female—who were gathered by the villainous terrorist organization Black Ghost. With the help of a scientist, these nine cyborgs rebel against Black Ghost's command. In response, Black Ghost dispatches additional cyborgs to eliminate its original nine creations, wreaking havoc across the globe.
