This is episode 14, which was not aired and comes included with the volume 7 BD/DVD release of Kobayashi-san Chi no Maidragon.

Zangenshitsu After putting his manga work on hold, Rohan travels to Venice for a vacation. While exploring a church, he examines the design of the confession booth.
