The team at Eagle Jump finally heads off on a well-deserved getaway to a ski resort, marking the launch of their newest version of the 'Fairies Story' game. Since this is her first time on a company trip, Aoba Suzukaze is thrilled about the adventure, though she feels a bit nervous because she has never skied before. Come along with Aoba and her coworkers as they unwind and have fun during their stay at the resort.

One year after joining Eagle Jump, Aoba Suzukaze has been working alongside her eccentric colleagues in the character design team to complete the studio's latest game, Fairies Story 3. After this project finishes, they start a new challenge with an internal competition to select character designs for their next title. Through her perseverance, commitment, and mentorship from former lead designer Kou Yagami, Aoba wins and becomes the lead character designer. However, the new role brings unexpected difficulties, including extra responsibilities and longer working hours. Despite her initial doubts about her ability to handle the position, Aoba finds encouragement from her friends and coworkers. With their support, she gains confidence and is determined to face any challenges in developing Eagle Jump's upcoming game, a delightful project named Peco.
