Continues the story of Ranma ½: The Movie 2 - The Battle of Togenkyo: Rescue the Brides!

When poetry-spouting swordsman Tatewaki Kuno invites Ranma and friends aboard his spanking-new luxury yacht, a fun day on the water is ruined when a fierce storm wrecks the vessel and strands the whole group on a deserted island. Soon, though, patching up the boat to sail home matters much less than the sudden disappearances of all the girls in the party—they've been bride-napped by Prince Toma, the young ruler of the floating island of Togenkyo. There, a magical spring that turns anything it touches into a male means would-be husbands must abduct their brides from elsewhere, and Ranma's reluctant fiancée Akane has ended up among the stolen. Hoping to free the girls and grab some of that wonder water to cure his own shape-changing "problem," Ranma enters an anything-goes martial arts bride-off, facing challenges like "survival flower-arranging" and "obstacle-course cooking." Disguised as a girl, can Ranma defeat a horde of other abducted concubines, take the contest, save Akane, and secure the Togenkyo water... while squeezed into a push-up bra and three-inch heels?

In this installment

Kuno gets his hands on a strange egg he believes belongs to the legendary Phoenix, convinced it will grant him the power to defeat Ranma. However, when the egg hatches right on top of his head, the newborn Phoenix begins causing destruction across Tokyo. Now Ranma and his team must find a way to make the Phoenix leave Kuno and take flight.
