Summary

Mousse has known Shampoo for a long time, although she does not consider them friends. He has harbored romantic feelings for her for most of his life, while she finds him irritating at best. Mousse suffers from poor eyesight without his glasses, which often causes him to mistake people for other objects. He traveled to Nerima to find the "new fiancé" Shampoo had acquired, staying behind to try and win her affection. Although Shampoo rejected his advances during their childhood, this rejection remains binding under Amazon law, meaning that even defeating Ranma in combat does not grant him her hand. Despite this, he remains persistent. Now employed as a waiter at the Cat Café, Mousse is cursed by Jusenkyo to transform into a duck when splashed with cold water. In his human form, his clothing conceals an arsenal of bizarre and drastic weapons, including needles, chains, swords, bombs, and household appliances. Even in his duck form, he retains the ability to hide knives within his feathers.
