In 1999, the tranquil town of Morioh is drawn into a series of bizarre incidents. Marine biologist Jotaro Kujo arrives in Morioh to meet Josuke Higashikata. While they first seem like strangers, it is revealed that Josuke is the illegitimate son of Jotaro's grandfather, Joseph Joestar. Upon meeting, Jotaro discovers they share a connection beyond mere family ties. Joined by the kind-hearted Koichi Hirose and the energetic Okuyasu Nijimura, the group dedicates themselves to uncovering the secrets behind recent disappearances and other strange events in Morioh.
