Ghirga, Narancia

Summary

Born in 1983, Narancia Ghirga is an Italian male soldier serving under Bruno Bucciarati within the Passione organization. Standing at 170cm with AB blood type, he is portrayed as a young man aged 17 to 18 during the events of Part 5. His backstory is marked by personal tragedy; his mother passed away from illness, and he endures constant belittlement from a father who views him as a failure. At age 14, while wandering aimlessly, he was taken in by Fugo, which eventually led to his introduction to Bruno. Overwhelmed by Bruno’s kindness, Narancia swore lifelong loyalty to him. Narancia’s Stand, Aerosmith, manifests as an airplane-like entity armed with machine guns and missiles. It relies on a radar system that detects CO2 emissions to locate enemies, a limitation that becomes problematic in crowded areas. Narancia shares a verbal tic with Bruno, delivering his finishing lines in segments. He shouts "Vola, vola, vola..." during rapid-fire attacks before concluding with "Volare Via," meaning "Fly Away." His educational background is limited to elementary school, a fact that irritates him when pointed out by others. Among his interests, he favors the anime Fist of the North Star. His name is derived from the Italian word "arancia," which translates to orange.
