Amidst the coastal city of Naples, where police collude with criminals, drug use plagues the youth, and the mafia holds an iron grip on the streets, a series of fateful encounters is set to begin. Giorno Giovanna, a 15-year-old with a unique connection to the Joestar bloodline, survives through odd jobs and petty theft. He wields a remarkable Stand ability called Gold Experience, which allows him to generate life from the earth, sprouting plants and bringing inanimate objects to life. Driven by the dream of rising through the criminal underworld to become a "Gang-Star," Giorno seizes his opportunity upon meeting Bruno Bucciarati, a Passione member who adheres to his own moral principles. JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken: Ougon no Kaze follows Giorno's path as he joins Bruno's squad within Passione, battling rival gangs while secretly plotting to overthrow their mysterious leader.

Inheriting the bold and righteous spirit of her father Joutarou, she refuses to accept her wrongful confinement and begins to uncover the sinister motives driving her incarceration. Through a gift from her distant father, Jolyne awakens to the Stand ability Stone Free, which grants her the power to transform parts of her body into string. Wielding this ability, she navigates the prison's dangers and gathers allies, including Ermes Costello and the entity known as Foo Fighters, to aid in her quest for truth. United with these courageous women, Jolyne strives to expose the threat of Whitesnake, a hostile Stand fueling violence among the inmates and specifically targeting her. As a member of the Joestar lineage, Jolyne faces her family's enduring enemy. She and her companions must race against time to thwart a catastrophic scheme and overcome a rising malevolence.
