Framed for a minor offense, Jolyne Kuujou is unjustly imprisoned in the infamous Green Dolphin Street Jail. Inheriting the bold and righteous spirit of her father Joutarou, she refuses to accept her wrongful confinement and begins to uncover the sinister motives driving her incarceration. Through a gift from her distant father, Jolyne awakens to the Stand ability Stone Free, which grants her the power to transform parts of her body into string. Wielding this ability, she navigates the prison's dangers and gathers allies, including Ermes Costello and the entity known as Foo Fighters, to aid in her quest for truth. United with these courageous women, Jolyne strives to expose the threat of Whitesnake, a hostile Stand fueling violence among the inmates and specifically targeting her. As a member of the Joestar lineage, Jolyne faces her family's enduring enemy. She and her companions must race against time to thwart a catastrophic scheme and overcome a rising malevolence.

Following a bold escape attempt, Jolyne Kujoh is placed in solitary confinement but continues probing the sinister workings of Whitesnake, a mysterious Stand whose wielder remains unknown to her. Enrico Pucci, a priest and the prison chaplain at Green Dolphin Street Prison, is revealed as the mastermind behind Whitesnake. With a significant connection to a past enemy of the Joestar lineage, Pucci's vendetta against Jolyne and her father, Jotaro, runs deep. Driven by the legacy of his deceased ally, he orchestrates events within the prison and among its inmates to further his nefarious plans. Alongside allies such as Ermes Costello and Foo Fighters, Jolyne battles various Stand users. As Pucci's scheme begins to affect areas beyond the prison, threatening global stability, Jolyne draws on her Joestar heritage and risks everything to stop the impending catastrophe.
