Summary
Before becoming D&G, he served as a police officer who was convinced by Nostradamus' prophecy predicting the end of the world in the year 2000. Acting on this belief, he began shooting people indiscriminately at the dawn of the new millennium. After the initial panic subsided, he was swiftly arrested and sentenced to a twenty-year term at Green Dolphin Prison.
