Baki: The Great Raitai Tournament Saga

Synopsis

The second season of Baki follows Baki Hanma, who has been left gravely weakened by poison from his previous fight and is teetering on the edge of death with no hope for recovery. After his friend Retsu Kaiou takes him to China, Baki learns of the centurial Raitai Tournament, a contest where the most brutal warriors battle to claim the title of the strongest martial artist in all of China. With the tournament now open to foreign participants, Baki is told he must compete because the cure for his illness lies within the competition. Unfortunately, his father, known as the "Strongest Creature on Earth," is also entering the tournament. Baki 2nd Season covers the events of this grand Chinese tournament, along with Baki's encounter with the eccentric but formidable Mohammad Alai Jr.
