Summary
As the older brother of Shinogi, he possesses a deep narcissism and dedicates his training to achieving the perfect physique. A surgical genius without a license, he can perform operations that typically require hours in just thirty minutes. He clashes with Baki Hanma and is soundly defeated after Baki confronts those he has harmed. Ironically, he survives by receiving a blood transfusion from one of his former victims following the match. In the tournament, he battles his younger brother Shinogi. Although he inflicts severe damage, including severing two cords that leave him blind, he surgically repairs his own nerves mid-fight. Ultimately, he chooses to forfeit to allow his brother to advance. He also serves as a medic during the tournament, attempting to prevent Jack Hammer from using steroids before being beaten by him. Later, he assists Jack Hammer in finding new methods to increase his strength without relying on steroids.
