Similar to how the first Battle Stage compilation recapped the initial three seasons, this OVA condenses the major events and races of Initial D 4th Stage. It also features two additional battles from the manga that were not included in the original 4th Stage.

The third compilation OVA of Initial D focuses on every race from Fifth Stage and Final Stage. While it adheres to the same format as the two earlier Battle Stages, this OVA contains no dialogue and does not feature any new races.
