Synopsis
Penguin Village is a place where humans coexist with talking animals and animate objects. There, Senbei Norimaki, an inventor with big dreams, works to create the ideal robot girl. The result is Arale, who possesses incredible strength but is nearsighted and lacks common sense, making her far from perfect. Despite her good intentions, her actions frequently cause mayhem throughout the charming village.
