Synopsis

In Dr. Slump, an eccentric scientist builds Arale, a remarkably strong, cheerful, and thoroughly illogical android girl. The two reside in Penguin Village, a location known for its bizarre occurrences, such as a pig in a top hat crowing at daybreak.
