Dr. Slump: Arale-chan no Koutsuu Anzen

Synopsis

One Sunday morning, the group goes on a picnic. Arale narrowly avoids being hit by a car after crossing the street without looking. Meanwhile, Senbei creates a rice cooker that can bring illustrations to life, including a bicycle. Tarou and Akane find themselves in trouble due to their careless cycling. The following day at school, despite the traffic safety lessons from earlier, Tarou races through an intersection and crashes into a truck, ignoring the precautions he had been taught.
