Summary

Midori Yamabuki, also known by her married name Midori Norimaki, serves as the elegant educator at Arale’s school and has long been the object of Senbei’s affection. Following a prolonged period of unrequited love marked by nervous misunderstandings, Senbei proposes to her under the mistaken belief that she cannot hear him. She surprisingly accepts the proposal immediately while using the restroom, and the couple is married by the next manga panel, at which point she adopts his surname. Although Senbei lacks knowledge regarding reproduction, Midori becomes pregnant and gives birth to their son, Turbo. She is introduced as being 23 years old at the start of the series.
