Synopsis
In this 1982 Dr. Slump television movie, a toilet paper shortage grips Penguin Village. The self-appointed hero Senbei Norimaki decides to seek out a mythical supermarket supposedly located far to the east. He constructs an airplane, which immediately crashes, and is accompanied on his quest by Arale and Gatchan.
