Continues the story of Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei
In "Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei," Nozomu Itoshiki—known as Zetsubou-sensei and the world's most pessimistic person—continues his struggle to teach class 2-F that life is full of despair and hopelessness. This task proves unexpectedly difficult because of his students' unique traits, including an extremely optimistic girl, a dedicated stalker, a foreign exchange student with multiple personalities, and a perfectionist who acts as class president in place of the invisible true president. These and other unusual characters make his job especially challenging.

A continuation of Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, this follows further tales centering on Nozomu Itoshiki, the deeply pessimistic or despairing instructor, and the pupils of class 2-H, each amusingly abnormal in their own peculiar fashion—except for the one comparatively normal girl who resents being labeled normal.
