Summary

Born on February 5, Kaere Kimura is a left-handed returnee to Japan who suffers from dissociative identity disorder. Her primary alter ego is Kaede, a gentle woman deeply immersed in traditional Japanese culture. In contrast, the foreign persona of Kaere despises Japanese customs and frequently boasts about the peculiarities of her home country, America. This aggressive side is easily offended and constantly threatens legal action against those around her, and she unfortunately manifests more often than her counterpart. The character's name stems from the Japanese imperative verb kaeru, meaning to return, as well as the idol Kaela Kimura. She is notable for appearing in numerous panty shots, which often feature strange imagery. Prior to joining the class, she maintained a third, balanced personality, but the stress of her new environment triggered a psychotic breakdown that eliminated this mediating identity.
