Synopsis

Continues the story of Student Council Staff Members

On his very first day at Ousai Private Academy, a school that has only recently transitioned to coeducation, Takatoshi Tsuda is scolded by Student Council President Shino Amakusa for his messy uniform. To penalize him for missing his first class and under the guise of requiring a male viewpoint, Shino instantly appoints Takatoshi as vice president before he has even stepped onto campus. Reluctantly, Takatoshi accepts the position, only to discover that every council member possesses unique eccentricities. While Shino projects a serious and scholarly image, she secretly harbors a love for erotic material and vulgar jokes. Aria Shichijou, the secretary who resembles a typical sheltered rich girl, shares Shino's risqué sense of humor. Meanwhile, the treasurer, Suzu Hagimura, appears ordinary but possesses the physique of an elementary school student and battles feelings of inadequacy. Surrounded by these bizarre individuals, the newly appointed vice president finds himself enduring a relentless barrage of sexual innuendo and chaos.

Takatoshi Tsuda begins the new school term as the overworked vice president of the student council, now in his second year. At the same time, his younger sister Kotomi starts high school as a freshman. As they go through their experiences, new connections are made, and there is plenty of playful, suggestive teasing.
