Summary
Uomi Chihiro is a third-year student at Eiryou High School and serves as the Student Council President. Born on December 7th, she is seventeen years old. Described as an attractive young woman with black hair styled in twin tails, her most distinctive feature is her deadpan, empty-looking eyes. She also possesses a large bust, a trait that draws the attention of Shino Amakusa and causes him significant annoyance. Typically, Uomi wears the standard Eiryou High School uniform, which includes a white blouse with a red necktie layered under a light blue knitted sweater and a dark blue skirt. During her relative's wedding ceremony, she substitutes the sweater with a dark blue blazer featuring the school emblem. Throughout the series, she is portrayed as a calm and polite individual who never raises her voice or loses her temper. Despite her composed demeanor, she shares a level of perversion with Shino. Uomi displays a particular fondness for Suzu Hagimura, frequently initiating hugs whenever they meet. Her romantic interest in Takatoshi is evident through her proactive behavior, which includes regularly visiting his home, cooking for him, and even suggesting they get married. These advances unfortunately provoke jealousy in both Shino and Suzu, who are also interested in Takatoshi.
