Summary
Chiri Nakazato is a first-year student who advances to the second year, aged fifteen to sixteen. She serves as the Vice-Captain of the Judo Club, where she was previously the tallest member until Toki joined the team. Standing about a head shorter than Takatoshi, the tallest main character in the series, she features brown eyes and spiky, dirty blonde hair kept short to enhance her boyish appearance. Chiri exhibits a tomboyish personality, utilizing a rougher speaking style than most other female characters. She is notably more down-to-earth than the 'pure' Mutsumi, often acting as a tsukkomi (straight man) when Mutsumi does something innocently oblivious. While she is largely an ordinary girl who makes occasional deadpan comments, she is not a strong academic performer, having been forced to take a makeup exam alongside Mutsumi and Takatoshi. Her manner of speech shifts depending on her audience. She uses a casual, boyish tone with friends and classmates but adopts a far more polite style when addressing seniors like Shino Amakusa or teachers such as Naruko Yokoshima. This dynamic was particularly evident in the Seitokai Yakuindomo OVAs, where she collaborated with Suzu to prevent Nene Todoroki from urinating in a bucket.
