Kotomi Tsuda is a third-year junior high student who progresses to her first year of high school between the ages of fourteen and fifteen. She is a cute girl with long dark brown hair typically styled in twin tails and large brown eyes. Kotomi frequently sports a big smile or grin and maintains a more stylish appearance than her brother, often changing her outfit on her days off. It has been noted that her figure matured significantly upon entering high school, leading to complaints about her initial uniform feeling tight around her chest. As a member of the Go Home Club and briefly the Judo Club, Kotomi is a bright and cheerful individual who makes friends easily.
